Terms of Service

Welcome to strd+ ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our fitness tracking application. By downloading, installing, or using strd+, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

strd+ is a fitness tracking application that provides:

• Workout logging and tracking capabilities
• Personalized recovery recommendations based on exercise science
• Progressive overload guidance and weight suggestions
• Volume tracking with MEV/MRV landmarks
• Exercise library with instructional content

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Subscriptions & Payments

strd+ may offer premium features through subscription plans:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's App Store settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by strd+ and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your workout history or personal records.

8. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness tracking and recommendations based on general exercise science principles. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions. You exercise at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during your workouts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, strd+ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and your account data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
